Innerista toolbox: Self-acceptance

Individual 2-month long program designed to explore and practice self-acceptance using the tools of body psychotherapy
(mind + body + emotions + inner wisdom)
Being human can be both wonderful and ultimately unpleasant experience.
Paradoxically, the key ingredient for sustainable change is the ability to fully accept where we are now.
Understanding where our inability to accept ourselves is coming from is the first step to personal freedom.
Through 6 individual sessions you will be guided and supported to move:
- From “not being good enough” mindset and being strict with yourself
- To being willing and able to accept more of yourself on a physical and emotional level.
Session 1 is there to understand your specific struggles and needs.
Sessions 2 to 5 will provide you with the self-acceptance tools and insights, enabling you to practice them in everyday life between sessions.
Session 6 serves as an integration session: to notice the change and impact you made since starting practising self-acceptance and to create a strategy, reminders and rituals to keep the process going.
Once you are able to accept yourself more, you can still decide to change. This time you will not be a prisoner of “Unless I change…” conditional beliefs. It will be easier to be you and also much easier to change because your motivation will be radically different.
